Explanation:

we cannot pass the acquired traits to the progeny according to Mutilation Experiment ( by Weisman) in which he cut the tail of mice for 22 generations but still the tail wasnt lost...and experiences and qualifications are not there with us from our birth..we earn them or acquire them...hence they cannot be passed..only the changes or characters in germ cells can be passed!!

the experiences and qualifications are examples of acquired traits and these are not inherited but develop during the lifetime of an individual which cannot be passed on to next generations.
