It ia due to reflex action which follows the reflex path.

Answer:

1) Our skin is the sense organ for touch. It contains cutaneous receptors for touch.

2) The sense of touch is done by the cutan- eous receptors. It is the largest organ of all. It provides the first level of protection to the body.

3) When we touch a hot object the cuta- neous receptors in kin sends the impulse to our spinal cord and a reflex arc is formed and it sends information to the muscle in the hand to withdraw.
