We observed that the product of two negative integers is a positive integer.

if we take three negative numbers at a time and multiply all of them,we get multiplication with negative sign.

if we take four negative numbers at a time and multiply all of them,we get multiplication with positive sign.

Note : when multiplying even negative number result is positive
otherwise negative

1) for example: 2 negative numbers

(– 4) × (–3) = 12

2) for example: 3 negative numbers

(– 4) × (–3) × (–2) = [(– 4) × (–3)] × (–2) = 12 × (–2) = – 24

3) for example: 4 negative numbers

(– 4) × (–3) × (–2) × (–1) = [(– 4) × (–3)] × [(–2)×(–1)] = 12 × (2) = 24
