i don't know you talking about people being stars or the celestial bodies 
i am providing the answer in both ways.

people being stars 
people which have now become superstars in our eyes were not just born in one country but all over world and i think that you are gonna be star like them too. 
you can take examples of emma stone, andrew garfield or shah rukh khan! 
they are among the famous personalities
be it oprah, demi lovato or bruno mars they had a rough life before didn't they? it doesn't matter in which country one is born

when atoms of light elements are pressurized so that their nuclei goes fusion with is combination of two nuclei with each other.
sometimes a star may need particular temperature to be born out of the light element's nuclei.
