According to my view rainfall is must views and counter views at some angles of incidence.Rainfall is must view because it helps the farmers for cultivation of crops . It's important for such a thickly populated country like India in which agriculture is the livelihood of the people.Without rainfall,our planet would lack all the water for its survival .As a counter view I would say that when the rainfall mounts in an uncontrollable rate many of the people will lose their lives and property.
