Welfare paradigm in Geography told by R, J. Johnston, David M. Smith and De. Gregory.

In 1970 there was a problem with human geography. Human geography like hunger, poverty, racial discrimination, education, health, economical problem. These problems happened in Eastern Europe and South Africa. So welfare paradigm program was started for improving these problems. This was also a problem about political social changes. So the welfare program started for development.
