Mutually exclusive is a statistical term which describes two or more events that cannot occur simultaneously i.e it is impossible to roll a five & three on a single die at the same time while mutually inclusive is a situation where two events when they can occur simultaneously.

Mutually exclusive"

It means the events cannot both occur. for example the head and tail can not appear at a same time

Mutually inclusive:

It means the events cannot occur independently. for example in a dice 1 and 6 are on opposite faces. when we get 6, 1 is at the bottom. and when we get 1, 6 is at the bottom. we can not change or stop this.
