what 4 observations can be made after making the study of saponification reaction???

As heat is liberated in this reaction , so it's a exothermic reaction which point towards a stable product.

Another observation is the white suspension formed is made up of soap and glycerol.

And next red litmus paper changed colour to blue when dipped in suspension.  Blue litmus paper was not affected by the suspension. (obvious- reaction is in basic medium)

And last adding common salt, the soap in suspension form precipitated out as solid
