Governmet has taken varios actions to ensure that everyonene is treated equally.
Various schemes have been launched by the government.
Several laws have been added to the constitution to help minorities.
Government also ensures basic facilities to everyone such as food water shelter etc.
The constitution has given us several rights and if exploited we have a right to complain against it.

The democratic government is chosen by the public , so it is their responsibility to treat every citizen in the same manner. Few steps taken by the ensure the equality are -:

  • They give equal opportunity of education to everyone . Example : In 2009 the government added a fundamental right of education, which says that everyone, till the age of 14 has a right to be educated.
  • If any particular community is not able to develop and come into the main stream ,Then the government keeps social provisions for them. Example :  SC , ST  and OBC act .
