The substances which can be easily degradable without poisoning the environment are known as biodegradable substances. They are eco-friendly. Examples are vegetable peels, fruits peel off which can be further used as manure for plants.

Biodegradable substances are those substances which can be recycled and reused after it is used once.
It is advisable to not throw these type of things instead u can sell it off.Or u can also make manure of some items by just digging it inside soil.for ex - vegetable peels
Example of biodegradable items are Paper, Iron, Plastic etc.
