As we all know that their are two types of spherical mirrors:-
CONVEX MIRRORS
CONCAVE MIRRORS
The concave mirrors are commonly used as shaving mirrors  because when we see our face in the concave mirror then an enlarged and erect image is formed which helps in smooth shaving.

Convex mirrors are used in many telescopes and magnifying glass.

So, if spherical mirrors were not known to the humans, these all were not invented
