In the universe there is 90% aprox is empty space,in that 60% is dark energy and 30% is dark matter.
Dark energy is the energy the can't be seen by any means, and that is responsible for the creation of the other energy.
Dark matter is that which is responsible for the creation of the other matter.
This is just a theory, as you can't explain logic of this

so let's look into what we know ,

 1.) DARK MATTER  :

 - In this wide spread universe there are galaxies that exist and planets that         exist in them well the thing is the stars the planets which arranged                    themselves in this wide spread universe 
 -  SO WHAT IS DARK MATTER IN THIS UNIVERSE??
      1.) It's something which is not planet's and stars 
       2.) It's something which is not empty or non existant
      3.) It's something other than normal matter like you and me and other               things like planets and stars 
     4.) It's something which is not made up of baryons
      5.) It's a form of matter which is visible and is present in the universe ,                  and yet it isn't measurable with any kind of instrument
     6.) What ever is dark matter its right there in universe whose presence is              felt but yet its formation and its particles are not known
     7.) It's something like mater that exists in this galaxy between the planets          and stars which is made of some particles like protons, neutrons  etc..             and its just not empty its presence is absolute but yet to be discovered.

2.) DARK ENERGY  :

  Dark energy is something way more enigmatic and vague in explanation that dark matter
 lets look into it now!
1.) We know that universe is expanding , its expanding its horizons than yesterday and it goes on day by day

2.)  What actually makes this possible?
3.) Our dear scientist's look into dark energy as a possibility for expansion of our universe
4.) Dark energy is something more different than dark matter . 
5.) It cannot me measured , it's presence cannot me felt 
6.) Its something empty with no particles out there but a force that can be felt by the planets
7.)Its like when a wide ground is given to students with little things here and there scattered , the students occupy the spaces and move farther , here students are like stars and planets and 'things' are like dark matter and the spaces which made them occupy the  wider part of the ground is like dark energy  , JUST LIKE IN THIS CASE THE DARK ENERGY IS MORE IN AMOUNT THAN DARK MATTER
8.) remember dark energy is a form of energy a force but definitely not a black hole
