What Are DeLocalised Pi Electrons? Why they are only found in Aromatic compounds?

pi delocalisation is the hypothetically but if this process are found any compound then they give extra stability of comp. like as benzene having three pi electron so they undergoes delocalisation this process is called resonance highly the energy of resonance they are more stable etc.
