 Food vacuole :-

It is a membrane bound sac like structure.

It is formed temporarily.

It helps in the digestion of the food that is taken in via the process of ingestion.

In plants food vacuole covers 90% of the space of the cell.

It shows phagocytosis.

It also acts as store house of nutrients , waste matter etc.

It's Examples are Amoeba , paramoecium etc.
