hey mate ☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️
_________
⏸️The directive principle of state policy are some directions which are given in our constitution to be followed by legislative body of our country while making an legislation (simply stated - a rule or an act).
⬜These can be simply understood as the guidelines to be followed, these are not mandatory and hence are not justiciable in court of law.
⭐⭐For example, there's a directive given in constitution to have equal pay for equal work, but this is not fully realised at present times, but our government is working to achieve so and for this government can not be compelled.
⏹️Constitutionally, they are given in Part IV, from article 36-51, for understanding their nature they are divided into three
⏏️Gandhian policy
⏺️Socialist policy
▶️Liberal policy
▶️ I hope it will help you ✌️✌️
