4.Pranayam it involves controlling of the breathing

5.pratyahara for controlling the senses

6.dharna to focus all your energy at one point

There are three basic elements of Yoga they are as follows:

Asanas:

  • The word means poses, the asana is the full-body movement including back, front and side body. It helps in improving the entire body's movement, strength, and flexibility.

Pranayama:

  • It is somewhat related to breathing exercise but better the inhaling and exhaling process heavily. This intense breathing motion helps in calming the body.

Dhyana:

  • Dhyana is concentration, it is one of the major importance of yoga. It improves the posture and controls breath leading to better concentration.
