The actions which we cannot control is called involuatary action actually it is control by medulla oblongata examples are coughing,sneezing,vomiting

Involuntary actions refers to the action which occur without our knowledge. These actions occur by its own. These actions are caused by involuntary muscles.
Example: The beating of our heart (Cardiac Muscles)
