Isobars= atoms of different elements having different atomic number but same mass number is called isobar

hope it helps

ISOTOPES:

Atoms of same elements having same atomic number and different mass number is known as isotopes.

Example -

 1) ₁H¹ - Protium

    ₁H² - Deuterium

    ₁H³ - Tritium

2) ₁₇Cl³⁵

     ₁₇Cl³⁷

      # If atomic number is same, chemical properties are also same.

      # If mass number is different then physical properties are different.

ISOBARS:

        # Atomic number is different but mass number is same is known as isobars.

       # If atomic number is different, chemical properties are also different.

       # If mass number is same, physical properties are same.

Example -

₆C¹⁴

₈N¹⁴
