When soap is dissolved in water ( soft water ) , its molecules organize themselves in an unique structure called Micelle .
The Micelles have two ends , one end ( Metal end ) dissolves in water and the other end ( Hydrocarbon end ) surrounds the dust / oil and being insoluble , picks them out .
