What are non albuminous seeds?

The seeds in which the endosperm is completely used up during embryo development are called non albuminous seeds e.g. bean,pea etc.

In such seeds cotyledons are usually smaller and less developed.If the seeds uses up most or all of the endosperm much before germination ,the seeds become non albuminous seeds.
