rights are reasonable claims made by a person that is recognised by the society and sanctioned by the law. We can claim a right provided :
a. Rights which we are claiming or demanding are reasonable enough.
b. They are to be recognised by society.
c. Since rights are the claims we make on society and on government, They should be such that can be made available to others in an equal measure.
c. They are to be made available to others and they become a social obligation on my part to respect the rights of others.
d. Rights are to be sanctioned by the law , they need to have legal backing only then they are justiceable and enforceable. In case, our rights are violated we can approach courts.
