1) cholera -  bacterium vibrio cholerae

2)  AIDS -  It can be transmitted through sexual contact or by sharing needles infected with the HIV virus.

3) Malaria - Usually, people get malaria by being bitten by an infective female Anopheles mosquito. OnlyAnopheles mosquitoes can transmit malaria and they must have been infected through a previous blood meal taken from an infected person. When a mosquito bites an infected person, a small amount of blood is taken in which contains microscopic malaria parasites. About 1 week later, when the mosquito takes its next blood meal, these parasites mix with the mosquito's saliva and are injected into the person being bitten.

4) Pneumonia - bacteria Streptococcus pneumoniae.

You may get pneumonia:

a)After you breathe infected air particles into your lungs.

b)After you breathe certain bacteria from your nose and throat into your lungs. This generally occurs during sleep.

c)During or after a viral upper respiratory infection, such as a cold or influenza (flu).

Hope it helps you
