What are some of the question that a land of freedom should have according to Tagore?

According to Tagore, a land of freedom must be free from Bigotry, Hypocrisy and Intolerance. And the three things that it needs to have is immense respect, love and recognition amongst and between it's different cultures and people. Today, none of it stands true for India. India is far from being a land what Tagore had imagined. Very unfortunate.
