The judicial system of india is mainly consisting of three types of courts -

  1. The supreme court
  2. The high court
  3. The subordinate court .

Difference between Supreme court and High court are -

  • Supreme court and Hugh court in india are the judicial bodies set up by the Indian Constitution.
  • Supreme court stands at the topmost rank and is the final court of appeal.
  • high court is the primary judicial body at the state or union territory level.
