what are the advantage of sexual reproduction over asexual reproduction

there is large difference between sexual and asexual reproduction.
1. in sexual reproduction zygote cell formed is of two different parent germ cells.....so two different genetical sets combine to form single zygote.

2. where in asexual reproduction mitosis happens..means single parent is responsible for zygote formation parent germ cells only duplicates and divide mitotically....so there is no genetical variations appears

3. outer environment is changing day by day so to adapt these changes living species must change themselves....with the help of genetical variations this is possible..this is only happens in sexual reproduction where it doesn't appear in asexual reproduction..

4.we get endless possibilities in terms of adaption and changes in sexual reproduction regarding offsprings while we can't expect much in asexual reproduction..
