The benefits of a morning walk is that first of all you get some fresh air. We are usually bound by the walls in our home, which limit us from the fresh air that waits for us outside, and when you walk outside, you will immediately feel better as the fresh air will take away the tired feeling you might experience in the morning. 
Furthermore, it is a bit of exercise. Walking is much better than just sitting the whole morning not doing anything. Your muscles will get stronger, your bones will not grow any weaker, and because you walk in the morning you will overall feel better. 
Moreover, it gives a sense of accomplishment, meaning that you can feel like you did something in the morning instead of just sit and watch Tv or do something else that is of no importance. This can lift your mood and make your day much better because the better a mood you're in, the better everybody's mood will be.
Finally, it's for your personal enjoyment. If you walk in the mornings you might see a nice place, or meet nice people, or just feel much better than you usually do.

there are many benefits of going on a morning walk as it make us feel fresh and we can respirate easily..............if anyone has extra fat ..it can be reduced by going on a morning walk.....our day goes fantastic after walk
