If universal adult franchise will not be there then there must be some points where only the wealthy and upper castes will be given the right to vote whereas the lower castes will not be given their rights....and this can lead to many severe issues so the universal adult franchise is important for a peaceful country

Universal adult franchise is important for the sake of a better country. If this right wasn't there then the poor and the common man wont be able to get their rights. The country won't be in a peaceful situation as only the rich and the high class level people will be able to use rights and lead a happy life. :-)
