There are three common secondary structures in proteins, namely alpha helices, beta sheets, and turns. That which cannot be classified as one of the standard three classes is usually grouped into a category called "other" or "random coi

Hey !!

The conformation which the polypeptide chains assume as a result of hydrogen bonding is known as the secondary structure of the proteins. The two types of secondary structures are α - helix and β - pleated sheet structure.

Good luck !!
