political executives are elected by the people and has more power than permanent executives

permanent executives are those who are permanently doing the job for a long time
for example civil service servants

they can't control the political executives they can only advise them about what is good and bad

2. they charge with the government.
3.they are more powerful than permanent executive.
permanent executive
1. they are the civil servants and implements the decisions of the political executive.
2.they do not change with the government.
3.they are not that powerful
