Amoeba does not reproduces through fusion of gametes that is sexually.

They reproduce asexually or through binary fission in which the main amoeba cell divides into two daughter cells.

The division involves separation of the nucleus in two parts followed by the cytoplasm.

Whereas, frogs reproduce sexually.

The fertilization occurs outside the female body instead of inside.

Both the male and female release sperm and eggs respectively at the same time.

The frogs lay eggs and then tadpoles come out of it which later grows into adult frogs.
