Hello,

Here we go,

There are many ways by which power sharing is practiced in modern democracy.

Some of them are,

power is shared between the different levels of government that is Central Government State Government and local self government.

For example- state government has the right to make laws on education of a state and it is the right of the central government to make laws about the foreign investment and with other countries sometime both of them that is state and Central Government can make laws on same issue and if there is some dispute then the will of the central government prevails.

power is also shared between the different organs of government that is judiciary executive and legislative.

For example- legislature has right to make laws and if the laws are not good for the country then constitution that is judicial can declare it invalid.

Power is also shared among different parties

For example- during election different parties contests election and it is not the same party that wins election all the time and so there is always a chance that a party can go in opposition and the party in opposition can become a ruling party.

Power is also shared among different social groups.

I hope my answer will help you.
