Heya!!

Weekly markets, neighborhood shops, supermarkets and malls are some of the different types of markets. Weekly markets are held once a week on a specified day in a particular area. They are more popular in rural areas and small towns. They do not have permanent shops and the market usually shifts to another location the next day. Neighborhood shops consist of all those shops that cater to the immediate needs of the people of that locality. They include grocery shops that sell milk, eggs, bread and other provisions, shops that sell hardware, stationery items, vegetables etc. These markets also have tailors, cobblers, restaurants, etc. Increasingly these days, the smaller markets are being replaced by supermarkets and malls which are very big, often air-conditioned and sell a variety of goods.

Hope it helps!!
