The main aim of green revolution is to increase the production.
The main features of green revolution are:-
1. In green revolution, better type of irrigation system was provided to the crops, i.e, Sprinkler irrigation, dipper irrigation.
2. In green revolution, the better quality of chemical fertilizers are added to the crops.
3. In green revolution, the various types of production increasment method are introduced, i.e., Multiple cropping method, crop rotation.
4. In green revolution, HYV seeds are used to increase the production.
