The features of Robespierre govt were :
. they seized the land of clergy and turned them to barracks or offices .
. citizens were no longer called madame and Monsieur but now instead they were referred to as Citoyen and Citoyenne .
. Meat and bread were rationed . their prices were now fixed .
.use of white bread was prohibited and all wheat flour bread i.e. Equality bread came into use .
The period from 1793-94 came to be known as The reign of terror. Maximilian Robespierre started to guillotine people whom he thought had a potential rival . These include ex noble , clergy and even members from his own party . This was not fair . Robespierre was tried and later guillotined and that became the reason for the downfall of the Jacobin government .
