1) The votes should carry equal importance i.e One person One vote.
2) Polling Booths should be free from rigging ( illegal capturation of that place and force person to vote for a particular party etc)
3) Candidates should not ask votes in the names of religion, gender or caste.
4) The person should not be forced to vote for a particular party.
