Answer:

Ok, so this is my own answer:

Blood is the transport fluid of our blood.

It contains plasma, a fluid substance mostly composed of water in which blood cells (RBCs and WBCs and platelets) are suspended.

The blood appears to be red in colour due to the presence of a red-coloured iron-philic pigment called haemoglobin which has a high affinity for oxygen and can transport oxygen by forming bonds with iron present in haemoglobin and becomes oxyhaemoglobin.

Blood also transports waste, carbon dioxide and various other nutrients and minerals throughout our body.

Blood moves throughout the body via the pumping function of the heart which constantly uses energy to move blood throughout our body.

Hope it helps :))
