In D.P Muheri’s point of view Indian society is very rich. It is less developed in some aspects like history, politics as well as economics. But its social dimensions are well developed.
Another social aspect is the group pattern development other than individual development.
Indian society is lead by “living traditions” that are evolving with time.
As far as the pattern of change is concerned, Indian society is perceived to be quite adaptive.
