Brain drain is an alignment of factors like:

Low salaries;

Few opportunities

Non attractive working conditions;

Disappointment with the countries society and establishment at large;

Illusion about an existing paradise abroad;

poor loyalty, I mean: the guy feels that he is not “in” the system, or else he makes no difference, and he can be replace by anybody or by anything.

or in short: Insufficient perspectives for the future.

The establishment inconsistence between speech and practice plays an important influence in minds and hearts, because it makes grow a feeling that promises are empty works, the future is the same as it is today.

Stopping brain drain should be paramount priority in any government to intends to improve their own country. Brain drain is an enormous loss which destroy a whole generation end delay of prevent development.

Better salaries could be offered as an immediate attractive feature, but the perspective for the future are to be improved, or clarified things so the young people must be sure that they are very important and that the old generations trust that they will be there to continue working for better times.
