Reproduction- It is the reason behind not finishing the population of the world. In other words it is a process by which new individual come on earth.

Reproduction is of two types

1. Asexual Reproduction- It is the process in which only single parent is involved.

• No fertilization occurs means there will not be any gamete formation.

• Meiosis is not involved.

Examples- Algai, fungi, yeast, hydra etc.

2. Sexual Reproduction- It is the process where both male and female will be involved in the Reproduction process.

• Fertilization occurs

• Gamete is formed by meiosis.

Examples- Humans and all animals.
