if the Mother is Rh- During the delievery of the 1 st child , there is a possibility of exposer of the material blood to small amounts of the Rh + ve blood from foetus In case the mother satrts preparing antibodies against Rh antigen in her blood . in case of pregnancies , (Rh + ve ) and destroy of the foetal RBCs. it cause .. anaemia and jaundice to baby . this is known as erythroblastosis foetalis it can be avoided by providong Anti -Rh antibobies to mother after first delievery . ... :)
