Small farmers generally borrow money to arrange the capital for their farming. They borrow it from large farmers, village moneylenders or traders.

The government should provide capital to the villages for starting new business like shops, dairy farming ,transport, etc .

bank should be set up in the villages to provied loans to the farmers at low interest rate.

people should be made literates so that they are qualified to start a new business like computer training course in computer centres
