Energetic means to have or possess lot of energy (power) which is physical.
For it......
You need nothing just stamina, for increasing your stamina.
You need to have or practice for certain things which are as follows-
1) Do meditation , while doing it speak mahamirtunjay mantra ,it would help you the most.
It is the most powerful and energetic Mantra in this whole world.
Many scientist have proved this practically.
2) You may do excercise,even yoga asanas would be helpful.
As, it would keep your mind peaceful, exercise would stretch of your muscles and would make it flexible.
3) Drink a lot of water, as it would maintain your body temperature, and you would feel active and cooled.
4)Eat healthy eatables, take proteins and carbohydrates in large amounts.
Which would keep your body fit and you would feel energetic.
5)Take fats too in required amount as it provides you energy when all food is consumed by our body.
6)Lastly pray to God if you are a Hindu then to God and Goddesses of power and energy as Lord Shiva , god Hanuman or GODDESS Durga ....
They are only the ultimate source of all energy .....................
If you want to feel energetic mentally then arise self CONFIDENCE and do a lot of HARD WORK in the field you want to go means towards your goal.
Also , have a positive attitude and willingness you would surely feel enthusiasm within your self.
Always remember: you must not be afraid from walking slowly but from standing still!
