Well, psychology says that a healthy body goes hand in hand with a healthy mind.

If a person suffers from an incurable disease and is destined to live only for a limited time, make his (assuming he's a male) last moments memorable. You can only hope for a miracle. Make him laugh, make him smile. Let him enjoy everyday of his life. And most importantly, motivate him, constantly support him and ask him not to lose hope. He'll only be able to make his last days count if he thinks positively.

Lastly, let him know that he is loved and appreciated and will be remembered by all.
