In the sixth stage of a man's life he becomes quite old and physically weak. He usually stays at home wearing slippers, spectacles on his nose; wrinkles appear on his cheeks and the skin hangs loosely on them. His pantaloons (a type of tight trousers) that fitted him so well a few years ago, become very loose as he grows weak. There is a change in his voice also; it pipes and whistles as it used to in his childhood.

The sixth stage depicts man to be weak, thin, wearing spectacles and slippers. His clothes are loose and legs are thin and his voice is shrill like that of a child.
