Actually Gods and Goddesses don't forget anything. But Lord Shiva sometimes forget the wrong doings of the wrong doers. And only see their right doings.

That is why he is often called as " Bholenath ".

He sometimes forget people's wrong doings but not always.

He is very strict to the wrong doers and very lenient to the wise people or right doers.

He is " Bhairavnath " for the wrong doers and is " Bholenath " for the wise people or right doers.
