Some of the criteria I would choose people from their first meeting with me are :
i) The way they talk to me
ii) Their interest which they share with me
iii) Their body posture
iv) The topic on which they talk about and whether they are truthful or not
v) The kind of language they use frequently
vi) The most important thing : A big smile on his / her face.
These are some criteria on which I would describe people on their first meeting with me.
