What do we learn from the two stories of srilanka and belgium?

We learn that how's power sharing is desirable by comparing both the countries example. We learnt that in Belgium how the different communities made sacrifices and share the power with them and it led to peace in the country. But in the sri lanka the situation is totally opposite .The different communities do not made sacrifices and this led to a big civil war in sri lanka.
So, we learnt that power sharing is very important for maintaining peace of the country.
