Human resources is a morden concept which has developed in the last few decades, specifically during 1960s.Like other resources , humans are also considered as a resource . The people of a nation are not viewed as a liability but an asset .like in other resources , investment in humans in the form of education , training yields results. some of the significant elements which help understand human resources are age , sex , literacy , density and distribution . others are migration , caste , tribe , religion , etc.
