The most famous one was the IndianForest Act of 1878. Both the 1878 actand the 1927 one sought to consolidate and reserve the areas having forest cover, or significant wildlife, to regulate movement and transit of forest produce, and duty leviable on timber and other forest produce.

the British act passed in mid 19th century in the form of forest at in this at the some forests are totally reserved where some peoples are allowed to access this for a day can taken the permit for entry and the time of entry is very limited
