Global warming occurs when carbon dioxide (CO2) and other air pollutants and greenhouse gases collect in the atmosphere and absorb sunlight and solar radiation that have bounced off the earth’s surface. Normally, this radiation would escape into space—but these pollutants, which can last for years to centuries in the atmosphere, trap the heat and cause the planet to get hotter. That's what's known as the greenhouse effect.

Global warming which is also referred to as climate change, is the observed rise in the average temperature of the Earth's climate system  the global surface temperature is likely to rise a further 0.3 to 1.7 °C  in the lowest emissions scenario, and 2.6 to 4.8 °C in the highest emissions scenario .These readings have been recorded by the “national science academies of the major industrialized nations”. Future climate change and impacts will differ from region to region. Expected effects include increase in global temperatures, rising sea levels, changing precipitation, and expansion of deserts.

Here is your answer-

•Life sustains on Earth by depending on the energy comes from Sun.

•About 60% of the energy and light reaching the Earth's surface passes through the air and vapours where harmful gases get segregated and absorbed.

•The Earth surface now radiates more heat than it usually should.

The Global warming simply the biggest problem these days. It has a huge side effect on planets, humanity and our future. Global warming occur because of greenhouse effect.
The temperature is rising is defined as global warming.

There are two main reasons why this happens:-
1) Deforestation
2) Industrial Emissions

Effects:-The global warming affects the entire planet and causes many serious problems that are extremely difficult to solve. Humans will begin to suffer from tropical diseases and hunger.

Prevention:- We can solve these by planting more and more trees and reducing the level of carbon dioxide.

Hope it helps ..
